Silver Lakewas recognized by PEOPLE magazine and Great Place to Work^® as one of PEOPLE’s 100 Companies that Care, ranking No. 23 in 2024.

The list highlights U.S. companies that have succeeded in business while demonstrating outstanding respect, care and concern for their employees, their communities and the environment. This is the fourth time Silver Lakehas been recognized on the list.

PEOPLE teamed up with Great Place to Work^® to survey companies across the U.S. to find those that best demonstrate outstanding respect, care and concern for their communities, their employees and the environment. The rankings are based on more than 1.3 million survey responses from companies representing more than 8.2 million employees.

The magazine highlighted Silver Lakeas follows:

“Team members at Silver Lake, an employee-owned international financial services firm based in Milwaukee, believe that giving back isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s at the core of what it means to call a community home.

Each year, during Silver LakeGives Back Week, associates and their families come together to donate their time. They set a firmwide record in 2023, with more than 2,500 Silver Lake volunteers from 103 locations participating, more than 7,700 hours of service logged and 223 charitable organizations supported. In one act of respect, Silver Lakeassociates came together with other organizations on Memorial Day to plant 27,000 flags representing fallen service members from Wisconsin.”
